What is
RenewED is the annual professional development conference for Heritage Christian Online School and Flex Academy, held during the last week of August. The conference brings HCOS staff and teachers together to ensure a unity of vision and purpose, to refresh the passion for our mission and professional practice, and to leave inspired to engage with each student and family in ways that honour our values and promote success.
This event features keynote sessions centred on our annual school wide areas of focus, as well as workshops and learning labs that provide practical tools to equip teachers in their professional practice. We also focus on building Christ-centred community and strengthening relationships, key components to every staff member and teacher feeling a sense of belonging.
Join us as we reflect on our connection to our mission and community, our foundations in our mandate of Christ-centered education, and all the positive innovation and growth we have experienced as a school, while looking forward to ways to refine and clarify our practices to help our community flourish.
